About this bar

This chocolate bar is made from cacao beans surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, from the award-winning São Luiz Farm, located in Espírito Santo. With its geography located between beaches and mountains in southeastern Brazil, it carries much of its culture and influence. Lucky for us we had access to these beans, for this chocolate bar is deserving of praise and hmmm sounds made with closed eyes.

Espirito Santo 75% is part of our single-origin collection with beans from our beloved Brazil. It receives the name of the State of its cacao origin, which can be translated as “holy spirit” in English
