About this bar

From the cacao that grows among the shades of banana trees, we created Pará 85%. One of the chocolate bars with the highest percentage of cacao in our collection, meaning it’s darker chocolate with less sugar. It doesn’t feel too dark or bitter; instead, it brings delicate notes of yellow fruits combined with an earthy, grounding flavor.

Pará 85% is part of our single-origin collection with beans from our beloved Brazil. It’s named after the State of its cacao origin.
