Shipping policy

Flat Rate Shipping Fees are as follows:

Standard Flat Rate Shipping to Contiguous US: $9.00 for orders $1-$114.99. Free Shipping for non oversized items over $115.00

Oversized item Flat Rate: $15-$25 depending on size of item.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses: $15.00

Free Shipping on most items for orders $115 and over to the contiguous US. Some items are oversized and do not qualify for free shipping, items are noted on the product page. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for order processing. If quicker order processing or overnight shipping is requested, please send us an email to hello@minimintstudio.com or call us and reference your order number.

Free in store pick up is available for local Santa Cruz orders and oversized items. Please select the Local Pick Up option at checkout. A pick up confirmation email will be sent to the customer when items are available for pick up.

Some items, as noted on the product page, are Special Order items. Shipping time depends on the stock status of the company. Once the order is confirmed, a shipping estimate will be emailed to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or package delays by any carrier.

Pre-Orders

Orders placed containing preorder items only will ship in 5-7 business days upon receipt of the shipment to Mini Mint HQ . Orders containing both preorder items and in stock items will not ship until the arrival of the preorder item(s) to our location. 

If you make a purchase containing preorder items and in stock items and would like to have the in stock items shipped sooner, please send an email request to hello@minimintstudio.com with your order number. We will send you an invoice for the exact cost of shipping to your location and will fulfill the partial shipment when we receive payment. Once the preorder items are received by us, the remaining items in the order will ship.
